Solaracks’ cumulative shipments now support more than 3.0GW of photovoltaic capacity — mounting delivered into 30+ markets since production began in Xiamen in 2012. The figure counts every family the factory processes in-house: roof, ground and carport systems, walkways and BOS, and OEM/ODM runs built from customer drawings.

What sits behind the number. Every gigawatt in the count shipped the same way: a site-specific engineering calculation to AS/NZS 1170.2 or ASCE 7-22 before any steel was cut, materials matched to the site’s ISO 9223 corrosion class, and bundles kitted per array so crews install instead of sorting parts. The written product warranty has been 12 years on aluminium racking and 10 years on ZAM and steel structures throughout, against a 30-year design life.

The mix has shifted over the years — more carport and agrivoltaic structures, more railless metal-roof systems, steadily larger C&I rooftops like the 723 kWp multi-shed array in Bangladesh — but the engineering path from site data to engineered design has stayed the same since 2012.

What it means for buyers. Scale shows up for a buyer in two places: published test evidence that spans the whole range — SGS pull-out tests on clamps and L-feet, ISO 9227 salt-spray verification, the GAMCORP rail certificate — and a quotation process that runs on schedule because it runs constantly. Site data in, engineered design and quote back within 24 hours. That promise holds at 3.0GW exactly as it did at the first megawatt; the proof is on the projects page.
