Solaracks has manufactured solar mounting systems since 2012, and few regions test them like Southeast Asia: typhoon-belt wind loads, year-round humidity, salt-laden coastal air and a roof stock that runs from industrial metal sheet to clay tile. Here is how our systems, testing and support map to conditions in Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Engineered for typhoon wind

Wind governs structural design across most of the region. Our engineers run project calculations to AS/NZS 1170.2 or ASCE 7-22 and size rail spans, clamp spacing and anchors accordingly — including rooftop systems designed for 70 m/s wind speed. Load-bearing components are backed by SGS laboratory pull-out tests (end clamps ≈12.6 kN and mid clamps ≈7.26 kN on average), so calculation inputs trace to relatórios de ensaio descarregáveis rather than brochure values.

Concebido para a corrosão costeira C4–C5 corrosão costeira

Humidity, monsoon rain and sea air place much of Southeast Asia in corrosivity categories C4–C5. Our standard build is AL6005-T5 aluminium with A2-70 stainless fasteners: our coated roof screws passed 1,000 hours of neutral salt spray without red rust. How we match anodizing class, zinc thickness and fastener grade to a specific site is documented in the Corrosion Protection Guide (PDF).

Experiência em projetos na região

Recent Southeast Asian work includes a 100 kW L-foot rail system in Thailand and a standing-seam clamp project in Vietnam that integrated locally sourced L-brackets.

Trabalhar connosco a partir do Sudeste Asiático

We ship from Xiamen port — short sea-freight transit to Southeast Asian ports — with export packing and container loading plans included. Documentation packs (SGS test reports, material certificates) support permitting and client due diligence. EPCs get project-based engineering support; high-volume partners can join our distributor program or develop OEM/ODM products.
