Smart Group’s rooftop program puts 10.5 MWp over facilities in three cities — Gazipur, Chittagong and Khulna. One client, three geographies, one mounting standard: Solaracks structures throughout, engineered and installed by EPC partner SCUBE Technologies.
Three parallel sites multiply the ways a rooftop project can stall, so the mounting logistics carry the same discipline as the single-site flagships: per-site kitted consignments, labelled per building, letting three crews install in parallel without waiting on a shared parts pool.
The program dates from 2025 and is in execution, with completed roofs already on line. In the delivery record it stands with the Karim and Akij programs as evidence of the same pattern — Bangladeshi corporate groups electrifying entire facility portfolios rather than single roofs.
