Meghna Group of Industries is one of Bangladesh’s largest conglomerates, and its riverside manufacturing cluster at Sonargaon carries the largest single entry in the Solaracks delivery record: 11.7 MWp of grid-tied rooftop solar, commissioned in 2022. EPC partner SCUBE Technologies engineered and installed the plant through project company Sonargaon Solar Energy Ltd.; the modules sit on Solaracks rooftop mounting structures throughout.

The cluster’s long, continuous shed roofs are what makes a single 11.7 MWp rooftop possible — and what rewards disciplined mounting logistics. Rails, clamps and fasteners arrived as kitted consignments per roof section, so installation fronts moved down each shed without sorting parts on the roof.
The 2022 plant is the centrepiece of a longer relationship. The delivery record lists Meghna-group entries from 2.03 MWp at Sonargaon in 2020 to 2.021 MWp at Bogura in 2024, with a 4.084 MWp fifth phase, Meghna Denims and an Executive Holdings program in execution — six entries and more than 24 MWp with one client group since 2020. Repeat phases are the reference that matters most for a mounting supplier.
