A fixed-tilt triangle frame — the simplest way to set panels at the right angle on a flat surface.
- System: fixed-tilt triangle / A-frame structure
Geometry doing the work
A triangle frame turns a flat roof or a flat patch of ground into an optimally tilted array, holding the modules at a fixed angle chosen for the site latitude. Because the shape is inherently stiff, it carries wind and self-weight efficiently with little material. We have delivered this configuration at scale, including a 1 MW triangle installation in Latin America. See flat roof systems.
