The Solaracks HDG punched walkway is the punched-plank type of the HDG walkway family — carbon steel cut, punched and bended into a self-supporting plank, then hot-dip galvanized. The punched surface drains water and grips underfoot, giving O&M crews a firm route across the array while spreading boot loads off the roof skin.
Where the wire-mesh type is stamped and stretched into an open diamond mesh, the punched type is cut and pressed from sheet — a closed-edge plank with punched openings, stiffer underfoot and simpler to clean. Length, width and thickness are customizable, and the coating can be supplied in ZAM (zinc-aluminium-magnesium) instead of hot-dip galvanizing for higher corrosion classes.
