Description
The railless system facilitates the rapid mounting of framed PV module on square or trapezoidal metal sheet roofs which width is equal to or greater than 25mm with minimum thickness 0.8mm. A base mounting clip is 100mm or 140mm long, therefore easy to carry and attach to almost all trapezoidal sandwich roofs. The EPDM sheet is in the package to seal the screw against the metal sheet. Railless mounting system allow for easy logistics, cost-effective warehousing and easy mounting.
Only three components are required to install the modules directly to the roof, 70mm height is for better ventilation. The EPDM pad is glued in place before shipment.
Rail bracket also include 3pcs SUS 410, ST6.3*25 self tapping screws which torque is 12-13NM. Self tapping screws tap into metal sheet roof only.
If the rail bracket is vertical, the self tapping screw would be on the metal sheet.
If the rail bracket is horizontal, the self tapping screw would be on the beam and the length is optional as customers’ demand.
