The Solaracks water drainage clip clips onto the lower frame edge of a PV module and opens a small gap between the frame and the mounting rail, so rainwater drains away instead of pooling on the glass. Standing water leaves dirt, stains and mineral deposits that shade the lowest row of cells and stress the frame seal — clearing it raises energy yield and extends panel life.

The clip works on a simple siphon principle: gravity and atmospheric pressure carry water from the higher glass surface down and off the laminate edge, keeping the lower frame clear and dry. Fit it at the lowest edge of the module and the same clip family suits both portrait and landscape layouts.

Choose the material by service life. ABS / ASA gives good strength and durability for 5–15 years, with ASA adding far better UV resistance and appearance (contact length 68 mm, 8–10 g per piece). 1060 aluminium lasts up to 25 years with excellent corrosion resistance and is fully recyclable, and its eight top holes shed debris and silver sand (contact length 60 mm, 7–8 g per piece). Four frame sizes fit common module heights of 30, 33, 35 and 40 mm.
