The L foot metal roof mounting system is the most universal mounting structure, suitable for roofing with corrugated sheet, trapezoidal metal sheet, asbestos roof. Self tapping screw, hanger bolt are available for foot options, making installation faster, competitive and reliable. Systems are fully compliant with the Australian and other international standards on wind & snow load, making it suitable for a wide variety of climatic zones.

Five components are required to install the modules to the roof.

Our R1S rail is ideal for roof use for its lightweight profile, convenient for transportation and installation. The rail span is 7% larger than others in the same material, makes it more stable and sturdy.
On the side of the rail, there are standing lines which can be pierced and conductive without the need for additional bonding jumper.
Our rail joiner is fully coverd while most rail joiners from other companies are half covered, that could make the rails connect more stronger on the basis of quick and easy installation.

L foot is 40mm, 80mm or 165mm high, 165mm height is for better ventilation, and strip-shaped hole on L foot makes height adjustable. All bolts are M8, just need one 6mm Allen key or hexagonal driver bit with torque 15-17 NM. EPDM pad would be glued in place before shipment, color can be customized, always in green and black. L foot could be customized as black anodizing which is hard to fade.

The L foot metal roof mounting system can be easily installed with the above five components as follows.
