FRP walkway is used in the fields of chemical industry, petroleum, smelting, electric power, electroplating, storage battery, machinery and pharmacy, printing and dyeing, mining, sewage treatment, house decoration, municipal engineering, car wash room and other fields.
The FRP walkway is based on an unsaturated polyester resin (including meta-benzene type, o-benzene type, vinyl type and phenol type, bisphenol A type, etc.) and a glass fiber roving as a skeleton. It’s heated in a metal mold after weaving or hand lay-up. After that, a whole plate is done. The appearance is flat and fine. With a high quality standard, the fiberglass is weight more than 30% among the contents.
The color could be customized, usually in gray, green and yellow.
Also, dimension could be customized, one piece of 3660*1220mm can be cut into different widths according to customers’ demand, common as 3660*350mm.
Walkway is assembled by M clip and C clip.
M clip is for positioning connection between walkway and bracket.
C clip is used to connect the edges of two walkways to afford the platform a favorable overall performance.
