The Solaracks aluminum guard rail system gives reliable fall protection for rooftops, walkways, elevated platforms and solar maintenance zones — the structural strength crews need at a fraction of the weight of steel. The modular, bolt-together frame uses 35×35 mm 6005-T5 aluminium square tube with triangulated bracing and M8×55 bolted connections, standing 1000 mm high.
Because it is aluminium, the system resists corrosion outdoors with no rust and no recoating across its service life. The same frame mounts to metal decks, concrete roofs and solar arrays alike, so one product covers commercial, industrial and O&M edge-protection needs. It is engineered for the duty of maintenance zones where crews work at height.
Installation is fast and repeatable: anchor each bottom U-rail with five ST6.3×25 self-tapping screws, bolt the square-tube legs and bracing to the U-rail with M8×55 bolts and connectors, then tie adjacent legs together with a cross rail for a continuous barrier.
