1. Who we are / Siapa kami
Xiamen Nuenon Tech. Co.,Ltd, trading as Solaracks, is a manufacturer of solar photovoltaic mounting systems registered in the People’s Republic of China. Our registered address is Room 201H, No.26-1, Guanri Road, Software Park II, Xiamen, China 361008. We decide why and how the personal data described in this notice is used, which makes us the controller of it.
Xiamen Nuenon Tech. Co.,Ltd, yang berniaga sebagai Solaracks, ialah pengeluar sistem pemasangan fotovoltaik solar yang berdaftar di Republik Rakyat China. Alamat berdaftar kami ialah Room 201H, No.26-1, Guanri Road, Software Park II, Xiamen, China 361008. This notice explains what we do with the business contact details of people who work at companies that develop, engineer, install or distribute solar systems. It does not cover our own employees, our website visitors, or people who contact us first.
Notis ini menerangkan apa yang kami lakukan dengan butiran hubungan perniagaan individu yang bekerja di syarikat yang membangun, mereka bentuk, memasang atau mengedar sistem solar. Ia tidak meliputi pekerja kami sendiri, pelawat laman web kami, atau individu yang menghubungi kami terlebih dahulu.
2. What we hold / Apa yang kami simpan
- Identity / Identiti — name and job title; nama dan jawatan
- Employer / Majikan — company name, country, website; nama syarikat, negara, laman web
- Contact / Hubungan — published work email address and telephone number; alamat e-mel dan nombor telefon kerja yang diterbitkan
- Context / Konteks — publicly reported information about your company’s projects, so that what we write to you is relevant; maklumat awam tentang projek syarikat anda, supaya apa yang kami tulis relevan
- Correspondence / Surat-menyurat — whether a message was sent, whether it bounced, and your reply if you send one; sama ada mesej dihantar, sama ada ia melantun, dan balasan anda jika ada
We do not hold personal telephone numbers, home addresses, personal social media accounts, dates of birth, identification numbers, financial details, or any data revealing health, race, religion, political opinion or any other sensitive category. We do not guess email addresses, and we do not use tracking pixels or rewritten links in our messages.

We did not obtain your details from you. We collected them from sources your company or a public body has published:

- Your company’s own website — an about, team, leadership or contact page
- Public government registries, such as the Philippine Department of Energy registry of solar PV installers and energy service companies
- Industry association member directories, such as TEEAM, MPSEA and PSSEA
- Stock exchange and regulatory filings, such as Bursa Malaysia announcements, PSE EDGE disclosures and SEC Form 20-IS
- Trade press reports and published exhibition speaker listings
We read these sources page by page. We do not buy contact lists from data brokers for this activity, and we do not use automated extraction against platforms whose terms prohibit it.

The fact that information about you is publicly available does not by itself mean you have agreed to us using it. That is why this notice exists and why the rights in Section 7 apply.

4. Why we use it, and on what legal basis / Mengapa, dan atas dasar undang-undang apa
The purpose is narrow: to contact the person at a company who is responsible for specifying or buying solar mounting structures, to ask whether our products are relevant, and to answer questions if they are.
Tujuannya adalah khusus: untuk menghubungi individu di sesebuah syarikat yang bertanggungjawab menentukan atau membeli struktur pemasangan solar, untuk bertanya sama ada produk kami relevan, dan untuk menjawab soalan jika ya.
Malaysia
For contacts in Malaysia we write only to general company mailboxes such as info@, enquiry@ or project@. These belong to the company rather than to an individual, so the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 is not engaged by that correspondence. We do not send unsolicited messages to a named individual’s work address in Malaysia. If someone replies and asks to continue the discussion, we then correspond with that person under section 6(2)(b) of the Act — steps taken at the request of the data subject with a view to entering into a contract.
Bagi hubungan di Malaysia, kami hanya menulis kepada peti mel am syarikat seperti info@, enquiry@ atau project@. Peti mel ini milik syarikat dan bukan milik individu, maka Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 tidak terpakai kepada surat-menyurat tersebut. Kami tidak menghantar mesej yang tidak diminta kepada alamat kerja individu bernama di Malaysia. Jika seseorang membalas dan meminta perbincangan diteruskan, kami kemudiannya berhubung dengan individu itu di bawah seksyen 6(2)(b) Akta.
Philippines
For contacts in the Philippines we rely on legitimate interest under section 12(f) of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We have carried out and recorded the purpose, necessity and balancing assessment required by NPC Circular No. 2023-07, and concluded that this interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms — in part because the data is limited to published business contact details, the contact is infrequent, and it stops the moment you say so.
Elsewhere / Di tempat lain
Where another country’s law applies, we rely on the closest equivalent basis in that law, and on the same restriction: business contact details only, for a business purpose, with an immediate right to stop.
5. Who else sees it / Siapa lagi yang melihatnya
We use an email delivery platform to send and receive these messages, acting on our instructions and not for its own purposes. Beyond that we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we do not use them for advertising on any other platform. Your details are held on systems in China and on our email platform; if you would like to know the safeguards applied to that transfer, write to us at the address in Section 8.

6. How long we keep it / Berapa lama kami menyimpannya
- Contact records — deleted 24 months after the last message we send you, unless you have replied and a business relationship has begun.
- If you ask us to stop — we delete everything else and keep only your email address and the date, which is the only way to make sure we never contact you again.
Rekod hubungan dipadam 24 bulan selepas mesej terakhir yang kami hantar. Jika anda meminta kami berhenti, kami memadam segala-galanya yang lain dan hanya menyimpan alamat e-mel dan tarikh anda.
7. Your rights / Hak anda
- Object / Membantah — tell us to stop and we will, immediately, for the whole company and every address we hold for you.
- Access / Akses — ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
- Correct / Membetulkan — if anything is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Erase / Memadam — ask us to delete your details and we will, subject only to the suppression record described in Section 6.
- Complain / Membuat aduan — you may complain to your national authority: in Malaysia the Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP), in the Philippines the National Privacy Commission.
We do not charge for any of this and we do not ask for anything beyond enough information to find your record.

8. How to stop hearing from us / Cara menghentikan hubungan
Reply to any message from us with the word “stop”. That is enough. You do not need to explain, fill in a form, or click anything. Or write to info@solaracks.com, or by post to Xiamen Nuenon Tech. Co.,Ltd, Room 201H, No.26-1, Guanri Road, Software Park II, Xiamen, China 361008. We action objections on the day we receive them.

9. Changes to this notice / Perubahan pada notis ini
If we change how we use business contact details, we will update this page and change the version and date at the top.
Jika kami mengubah cara kami menggunakan butiran hubungan perniagaan, kami akan mengemas kini halaman ini dan menukar versi serta tarikh di bahagian atas.
