Materials we work in
Structural aluminum (AL6005-T5, anodized), stainless steel (SUS304, or SS316 for coastal environments), hot-dip galvanized and ZAM-coated steel, with EPDM isolation where dissimilar metals meet. Material selection is checked against the corrosion category (ISO 12944 C1–CX) of your target market.

How OEM development works
- RFQ with drawings or sample — send drawings (DWG/STEP/PDF), a sample part, or a functional requirement.
- Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) review — our engineers check manufacturability, material, coating and tolerance, and flag cost drivers before you commit.
- Engineering drawings — production drawings issued for your approval; nothing is produced before sign-off.
- Sampling — prototype samples produced by wire cutting or 3D printing in about 5 days, then shipped for your validation.
- Tooling & production — production tooling in about 15 days where required, then batch production with dimension, coating and torque checks recorded per batch, traceable per shipment.
- Packing & dispatch — project-based packing lists, part labels and load plans checked before dispatch.
What we need from you
Drawings or a sample; material and coating requirements; estimated quantities; the target market (so loads and corrosion category can be checked against AS/NZS 1170.2, ASCE 7-22 or JIS C 8955 as applicable); and any branding or packing requirements.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the part and whether tooling is required — MOQ is confirmed at the DFM review together with tooling cost (if any) and unit pricing, before you commit to anything.
Can you reproduce an existing part?
Yes. Send drawings or a physical sample; the DFM review will confirm material match, coating and tolerances.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes — we are used to developing products confidentially for brands and can sign your NDA before drawings are exchanged.
What are typical lead times?
Prototype samples by wire cutting or 3D printing: about 5 days. Production tooling, where required: about 15 days. Mass-production lead time depends on project scale and is confirmed with your order at the DFM stage.
Which standards do you design against?
Wind and snow loads are applied per project against AS/NZS 1170.2, ASCE 7-22 or JIS C 8955 as applicable to your market; corrosion protection follows ISO 12944 categories.
